Look what God is doing!!

Image
God is doing amazing things!!          When you first look at this map, you may not understand exactly what it means but let me tell you  what those arrows stand for. When 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 says, "For no eye can see, no ear can hear, and no  mind can conceive, what God has in store for those who love him", I never thought that God would  do things in my life that I would have never dreamed, but that is what God is doing with the Ministry in  Mexico. If you have followed or seen what has been happening in Mexico, then you know the story  about how my first mission to Mexico was in Saltillo, then went to Chihuahua, now this year going to  Chiapas. God has moved among the hearts of many people to support Mission Mexico, and with some  of the team members whom I have taken with me, now have the call to start their own teams.           T...

Chihuahua 2025

Image
Chihuahua 2025 was a bit different than years past in the Mission Field. Usually most of what we do is services when we go into an area, but this year God has plans to stretch our largest team so far to the max. The things that many accomplished in only 7 days is something that many would say is impossible to do, but God...      The days were long and many worked until they could not physically work anymore. The team would pull in 12-14 hour days, which started at 8am each morning with a devotion. God knew what he was doing, that we needed to start the day off in the Word because we would be working so much that we individually would not have as much time to be in the Word personally.      When we were done devotions, the workers would feed us some breakfast and by 9am, we were out doing what needed to be done for the day. Some members split up to accomplish multiple projects at once which helped to get everything done that was ne...

It takes a Kingdom Minded TEAM!!

Image
Anyone who is involved with Missions or even just Ministry, knows it takes a team to do everything God has planned. I want to share how a team that is Kingdom Minded allows for a team that is in one accord that accomplishes the plans of God. I know I am going to mentions names, but will not put last names, in this post, but I feel it is important to recognize the connections that have been made.                   I want to first mention Evangelist Rob, who at the time was running a "Freedom House". Through the connection of Rob, it allowed for me to travel to Texas with him and his team, which connected me with Jeremy, Gabriel, Pastor Frank, and the New Hope Church in Pharr, Texas. A pastor who let some strangers stay in the church and use the church's van while there allowed for God to speak to me about Missions in Mexico. Through Pastor Frank, connected me with Javier and his wife who allowed me to accompany t...

Saltillo & El Tunol, Mexico

Image
"Mission Mexico"     So, you saw my vision to go to Mexico (if you read one of my blogs). My first 3 years was in the areas of Saltillo, El Tunol, and Progresso. When I knew that Mexico was happening, I began to learn a song in Spanish, "Jesus Loves Me," and when I arrived at the Baptist Church in El Tunol the first song they sang was "Jesus Loves Me", which was another confirmation that I was on the right path set forth by God.       Someone who does not know Spanish and hearing an entire service in Espanol was something I have never experienced. I did experience a bi-lingual service in Pharr, TX, but never full Spanish. The first year, I had a translator named Ms. Becky, who sat beside me and tried to keep me updated on the message. It was an experience that has motivated me to learn Spanish, but now 5 years later, I find that I have a hard time learning through Apps. I know I am the person that needs an in-person teacher, which is hard to find in Somers...
